Zoom motor class trouble augh!

Anyone else having trouble with the zoom class? Whatever motor I assign to zoom will stop responding completely. I can assign any motor and it will work fine until I select it for zoom.

Tried multiple cables, configurations etc. at my wits end here at prep.
