It will take a few jobs for you to figure out the best settings for the task at hand but after that it just becomes part of your workflow. for fast push ins on the Hi-5 it works very well even without the bug. And as long as you have settings dialed in and your lens is accurate. fast pull outs there is a delay as the motor gets up to speed but I attribute that more to the Cmotion motors than the focus bug.
