Is anyone aware of a right angle-to-straight RT Interface Cable for SmallHD Monitors 5-pin to 5-pin plug that exists??

I love the focus data integration on the SmallHD, but prefer to have my remote close to the monitor. And the straight-to-straight Interface Cable that's included in the kit clashes on either the monitor or the mounting bracket.
