Hi everyone,

Had a question about the High Bright. Prepping for a feature and B-Cam HB isn't pairing with the handset. We went through the manual and did the required steps but we keep getting a 0-0 readout. Not sure what we are missing.

The truck left today (we are traveling for this one) and we won't be with them until Sunday. It's nothing dire as we have readouts on our handunits and the Hand Set will be mounted to our monitors, but for my own sanity, I wanna figure this out haha.

I have been looking through the YouTube since those all got uploaded yesterday but haven't found anything that differs from what we did. Perhaps the FW needs updated? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
