Hello everyone,

I have been experiencing an issue with the rack focus response time from my CTRL.3 controller to my motorX. Despite having the response time set to ‘F’ (Fast), there seems to be a noticeable delay before the motor catches up with the knob adjustments. This is causing a bit of a lag in achieving precise focus during critical moments.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a particular setting or firmware update that might address this? Any tips on how to possibly improve the responsiveness between the CTRL.3 knob and the motor would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, with the Teradek RT MOTOR.X has anyone has any luck making it a continuous monitor for a rota pola or special filter. Basically setting the motor to just have no hard stops and be able to spin continuously. Thank you for any suggestions!

I am reaching out to the forum regarding a peculiar issue that I have been facing with the Teradek RT focus control system. I have recently enabled the lens map for a prime lens for focus and iris control, but I have noticed that when I move the slider to change the iris, nothing happens. However, when I change the axis from the slider to the side-a knob, the iris changes.

I was wondering if anybody else has faced similar issues with the lens map feature of the Teradek RT focus control system. I would really appreciate if you could share your experience and suggest some solutions to fix this problem.

I had the great pleasure to be able to be a part of the group buy for an rt motion system. I been having a crazy fun time playing with my new toy but now I have run in to a little problem with the r/s for a canon c700. I’m not able to get it trigger the camera. lm using the lanc cable plugged in to the lanc port for remote A.

Can one use custom cables And utilise heden or Preston motors with this system.

Will this mdrx be able to integrate with the Preston light ranger in the future. Is this something you guys have thought of.
